I’ve got something juicy for you today. My husband looks innocent and adorable, right? Can you believe my dear sweet husband spent a semester studying abroad in Australia, and here’s the kicker – living in a house with SIX GIRLS! He always likes to interject,”And one guy!!” But I’m not impressed by that. The fact is, College Kevin was living it uuuuup. Anyways, the other day he told me a little story that inspired these cookies. He revealed to me that he and his roommates would take a jar of a Nutella with a spoon and just pass it around the group while they played cards. Kinda like pbfingers, but with Nutella! Sick, right?
These cookies are for you my Australia-lovin’ husband!

Today I all of a sudden I remembered I had this handy dandy cookie scoop. Do you see how beautiful and uniform all my cookies turned out?! Woohoo!
Speak of the devil, look who was looking fiiine during lunch break. I just couldn’t resist taking his picture. Don’t you love his little loafers? He used to be soooooooo skeptical about loafers, but now that’s basically all he wears to work! Now I’m just working on the pink shorts.
Hooray! He gets home in like an hour and then I get him all weekend. I can’t wait!
Force feeding Kevin my baked goods again. He’s got a rough life!

I will have to share this recipe with my sister in-law. She eats nutella by the spoonful!
also…is that a pampered chef cookie scoop!?!?
I love mine.
She should try it! They were really easy to make and turned out so-so soft & chewy. I have no idea where the scoop is from – it was a wedding gift. But I loved using it!
