This handsome guy showed up a bit early and about gave me a heart attack. So glad he didn’t come in behind me while I was in a handstand. I would have cracked my head on the concrete for sure!!
Puppies outside the gym!! The big one really wanted me to pet him. He was giving me sad eyes. I know he’s nice, but I was chicken!! He’s soooo big!!! Would your dog stay like that while you’re at the gym? Boyd would accost everyone who walked by – I’m sure of it! But I have puppy fever!!! I really need my new dog. Apparently we also have to do a phone interview. They are intense about letting you adopt a Vizsla!!!

So I probably should have scaled that. It took me 46:44 to complete. But I am using a little heavier weights. I used 25lbs for the first two, finally regressing to 20lbs and 15lbs on the thrusters. I was definitely a little shaky afterwards.

I made mashed potatoes earlier in the day so we could get dinner on the table quickly after the gym. Mine was sweet potato + Greek yogurt + milk + salt & pepper + garlic + basil. So delicious. I’m going to turn into a sweet potato!!! Kevin also grilled some chicken tenders for me.

A STEAK! Kevin told me that he hasn’t had a steak since before he met me!! I wasn’t really sure since we dated long distance for almost two years. And the only reason he had this one is because it was left for him by the house’s previous owners. So deprived.
I also made him some apple crisp for dessert and enough for him to take with his lunch today. I had some really random apples lying around that I needed to disguise somehow!
Help a sister out. I need an idea. Our gym is having a competition where you post a picture of yourself on Facebook at the gym and see who gets the most likes. What should I take a picture of myself doing? Running on a treadmill isn’t exactly fascinating photography.
That’s what I wish I could do… or one-armed against a wall on two kettlebells. Not quite there yet. Lol. Maybe I could do it on one kettlebell against a wall. I’d have to practice not falling on my face.
Oh! I fell doing kettlebell burpees last night!! That’s what I get for being a pansy and using 20lbs! 25+ is easier to stabilize yourself on. I totally biffed it and rolled out of the plank position on kettlebells.Right in front of a little personal training session going on. Oops! I just kept going. I didn’t see anyone else doing 100 kb burpees!!! Haha.
