Well, I got some feedback that some of the wods were too easy for my mom!!!
Ha! Too much rest time. Of course, I told her to use heavier weights, but really I’m glad they were able to practice the movement with a lower weight multiple times. Did you notice that she did a whole rowing/bike workout afterwards? Hahaha. Runs in the family. Lisa also mentioned that it was fairly easy for her.
None of that today!! No excuses in an AMRAP!!
It looks small and cute, but if you go hard, it should be a tough one if you really get after it!!! Can’t wait to hear how many rounds you get!!
What workout do you find “too easy?” I once breezed through a push press & double under wod in less than 4 minutes…. I think if it came up again, my coaches would add about 30lbs to that bar!!!
